So Ive Been A Little Busy...

I couldn't believe when I looked at my blog that the last time I posted a new blog was in September...of last year!! Since then I have been extremely busy with photos, life, and a new job!

Over the last several months I have taken time to myself and reflected the photo sessions from 2009. I find that my work quality is consistently increasing over time! I have FINALLY found a printing and packaging company that I will begin using! Look forward to a post on prints and albums! There is so much to look forward to this coming year!

Grady Is On The Way

MY FIRST MATERNITY SHOOT! I was so glad to hear from Hannah that she wanted to do a maternity session. She & Nathan are waiting for Grady (boy) to arrive!! They are a extremely sweet and cute couple. We had an afternoon shoot at Gregory Mills Park (Spalsh Pad as its better known) I am more than excited for them and cant wait to see Grady when he arrives!

Last September my best friend Racheal had a beautiful baby girl that she named Alexis, who now goes by Lexi Boo. She is a mini version of her mom! Lexi always puts a smile on my face and has even been kind enough to drool all over my phone a time or two! (: I love her so much and she is so lucky to have such a wonderful mom! She doesnt know it yet but she will always have the coolest shoes(;

Brittany Jay & Tyler came into town for Casey & Patricks wedding; and we did a lifestyle shoot at Centennial Park a few days before the wedding! Brittany and Jay are great loving parents and some of the sweetest people! Their son Tyler is the cutest little boy! (The kind you want to just hug and squeeze his cheeks each time you see him) Im so glad to have met and photograph them! And hopefully visit their hometown Charleston SC one day!!

I truly feel we all have a meaning in life and the people in our lives come for specific reasons. Photography is something I feel like I am meant to do. I am passionate about it and love creating a beautiful image that will make you smile and your heart melt. I look at myself as an artist and an evolving business woman!

A little about me: Im 24...somewhat soon to be 25..wow! I live about 25 minutes from the heart of Music City (Nashville TN). Ive been extremely blessed with the most amazing parents and family. My friends mean the world to me! I have always loved art and at the age of six I felt my life dream was to be an artist for Disney! Well things change and I couldn't imagine do anything else other than photography! I have an "old soul" as my friends would joke. So 60's Motown Classic Rock and reggae music are always on full blast. I go see movies more often than I realize. But nothing is better than A League of Their Own or the Sandlot! I used to be a catcher and played fastpitch softball till I was 16.

Now we all know first impressions are important so I'm going to post my twenty favorite photos I have done so far. Which has been quite the challenge!...(and they are in no particular order)
